For orders requiring shipping, payment is required up front. The means for making payment the shop uses is Paypal.
If Paypal doesn't work from your country, please let me know and we'll see what we can figure out. I cannot accept credit cards directly.
With respect to the products you may purchase, I stand behind every product I sell, and guarantee delivery (even if tracking isn't provided). The reason I don't provide tracking to shipments out of Canada/US is because it is cost prohibitive. (ie: nobody would want to pay what Canada Post charges to ship tracked out of Canada/US). Rest assured I stand behind the items I sell, and am only happy if you are.
If you're curious if I've ever had any unresolved disputes, you won't find any (but feel free to look). That isn't to say, there haven't been problems from time to time, but it hasn't been anything I haven't been able to resolve to the buyers satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction is what I'm about. I will treat you as I would want to be treated myself.
